Class Requirements:
- Your Dog, Your Leash, and your POSITIVE ATTITUDE! (leave your treats at home please)
- Payment receipt and vaccination certificates
- All dogs must be spayed and neutered

Vaccination Certificates: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP
- Please bring to first class or e-mail to training@nlol.org with your name and your dog's name before your first class
- Bordetella and DHLPP vaccinations are available and can be administered during your visit
NOTE: Your request for reservations is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from NLOL. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

I hereby waive and release NLOL and its employees, agents, volunteers and third party contractors from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage, including that which may result from the action of any dog including my own, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury sustained at any location, including but not limited to, while my dog is on NLOL grounds or in the NLOL shuttle. On behalf of myself and all other owners of this pet, I warrant that I have the authority to represent any and all other owners of this pet. This is a permanent agreement that applies and pertains to all my pets, present and future. I acknowledge and agree to these terms.
